In second grade, a boy told me that girls couldn't draw. I didn't argue; I just went to my room and started a twenty-five year obsession. I spent thousands of hours alone with a sketchbook, deconstructing the world into blocks and squares.
Today, I'm an artist in Tulsa, Oklahoma, painting the things that matter, the flesh and bone of the Midwest. I don't believe in polished filters or mundane correctness. I believe in Alchemical Truth.
